BRINGING INTUITION AND LOGIC TOGETHER IN COACHING

When someone comes to coaching, it’s usually because something feels “off” — clarity, purpose, or direction is missing. Often, their usual problem-solving style no longer works. Most of us are conditioned to lean on logic and analysis to find solutions.

As a coach, I meet people where they are at.

During each conversation, I invite them to connect not only with their thinking mind but also with their intuitive intelligence — always at their own pace and readiness.

This might look like:

✨ A grounding exercise at the start of the session

✨ Spacious pauses or silence during the coaching conversation

✨ A direct invitation to check in with their intuition

Because while logic is our default, intuition is often waiting quietly in the background.

And when both are given space, they stop competing — they start complementing. Together, they create a more holistic answer than either one could alone.

For me, this is the essence of coaching: holding a space where your full intelligence — analytical and intuitive — can show up.

🌿 How do you bring together what your head knows and what your heart feels?
