If you're new to coaching, it’s essentially an invitation to explore our limiting beliefs and perceptions in the loving presence of a coach, in order to move towards our full potential.
How it works
Step 1
Discovery Call
A 30-minute virtual meeting for both of us to get to know each other, understand the process and gain clarity on the coaching objectives. This session involves no fee, and it is for both to decide whether we want to proceed with the coaching partnership. A coaching agreement is put in place, if both decide to proceed.
Step 2
Foundational Session
A 60–90 min deep dive (virtual/in-person) to know your context and set a direction. In the case of leadership coaching, we could begin with a leadership competency assessment you may have done in your organization. Alternately, we could align to themes that work for you.
Step 3
Session Series
A sequence of 6-8 coaching sessions, for 60 minutes each (virtual/in-person), across 3-4 months.
Choose the path that works for you
There are two broad ways in which we can work together, and if you're not sure which one is right for you, let's have a Discovery Call! It's a 30-minute complementary call, where I can make a recommendation, taking into account your unique context.
If your need may be one-off, we can work out a partnership of 6 sessions over a period of 3-4 months.
If you may need ongoing support, we can explore a more fluid, open-ended partnership where coaching is billed on an hourly basis.
